Pixlar only receives jobs on behalf of Datatech and plays no part in the recovery work itself. All questions about the progress of your job therefore need to go to Datatech, either by calling 571-9300 or emailing hjalp@datatech.is
Please note:
We do not need USB cables or power cables for ordinary external drives, but if you have something out of the ordinary, a RAID array or an Apple computer, for example, please include the power cable.
